![]() ![]() It's a murderous team! I mean, try it, I've played it before and it destroyed. Serious blight damage on the PD to help with dpsing phy res Very little regard to where you actully are area wise Hell, you can even start the Cru off in pos 3 for a quick nuke if you're confident in your Leper to murder something on his own turn 1. If you get shuffled both your backliners can handle themselves up in front, while the Leper gets back. Even a dodge debuff if you figure someone dodgy will annoy your too much. Monsters out of position tend to only be able to attack the front row and this one's a brick wall Grotesquely fat frontline in a team which doesn't break rhythm when it uses pulls and shuffles. Overkill party de-stress for resting, along with anti-ambush, mortality debuff removal and disease curing If Cru gets shuffled, he murders something with holy lance Stun in the backrow, stun in the front row. Stress heal which also takes folks off deaths door, on top of a guy with both heal and self-destress. Pysical resistance debuff on th occultist (Dagger, Heal, Debuff, Pull) ![]() Heals coming out of your a**s (They can all have one, but it's not necessary) And you didn't sacrifice anything on the pull guys to be able to do it. And the pull guys move faster than the meatgrinder. And you can murder the enemy front row every time because you can also stun the back row for a turn. Then you have a stun which also shuffles and clears corpses in pos 4, a reasonable pull which also clears corpses in pos 3, and a meatgrinder in front. The Leper has nothing on him other than Hew, which is all he's going to do, whereas an Abom can choose when to hew-lite inbetween being a Stunner/DoTer and self-sustained DPS a rank further.Ībom is still in the mid/top of any tier list anyone (with actual experience/sense) can conjure. Just taken on one in Champion with double aboms - poor thing just cannot handle constant DoT stack + rake stack, and the stress caused by it and the Aboms will be remedied by camping and a bit of self-destress stalling before I head to the last boss.Ĭomparing an Abom to a Leper? Seriously? Abom has actual projection, utility, good stats (particularly speed), and a super-stun - his overall stats are boosted further (as well as his defenses) in beast form. Rake is a self-stacking deal, thus you'd opt for this in prolonged fights, eg. ![]() Assuming you transform as little as possible and for as short as possible, coupled with his own stress heal, then it is impossible to fail - and even less so when you have a spare stress healer (which is overkill).Ĭonsidering how strong his stun is and how useful DoT's are these days, especially 4pt 2x AoE / resistance reducing DoT's like Bile, which has damage and a crit-mod (crits increasing his damage in both forms by a wide margin), going from human to beast is what you do when (and only when) you want an on-demand steroid to go from slow-kill to fast-kill on a single priority ASAP (rage) or lots of targets (rake). Transform causes one bout of companion-stress, with every round from then on stressing only himself. There is no reason your group will ever be stressed out unless you're using this a nonsensical amount. That 'premium stress price' is what you pay for spamming transform, which is the last thing you should be doing. His saving grace is Rake but Hound's Harry/Hew outdps him.
